Acoustic signature monitoring system designed for gas well

HZ-WL-15A is an acoustic signature monitoring system designed for gas well, wellhead and valve leakage monitoring. It integrates a multi-channel MEMS acoustic sensor array, edge AI inference and industrial communication interfaces to detect gas leak acoustic signatures in real time.The system captures leakage-related sound and ultrasonic signals through a high-sensitivity 9-MEMS acoustic array, performs edge analysis locally, and sends alarm data to monitoring platforms through Ethernet, 4G, HTTP, Modbus TCP or WebSocket. With Ex ib IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof certification, -30°C to 60°C operating temperature and industrial installation design, HZ-WL-15A is suitable for remote gas wells, wellhead valve areas, pipeline stations and hazardous field environments.
